We are sincerely sorry that our movers were not able to move your fridge to the proper location in your home. Hi-Speed Couriers & Movers prides ourselves in being the best in the delivery and moving business, and when we get a negative response as we did with your review, we need to get some additional information so that we can make sure that this type of service does not reoccur in the future. The safety and well being of your home and your purchase, as well as our team when we do any delivery, is very important in our business as well as for our customers. Our goal is to make sure that when we do a delivery or move for a customer, that our service level is not impacted and that no damage is done to the customer’s premises or to the item being moved or delivered.
What we will like is if you can please contact our office so that we can further investigate which team attempted to move your fridge and was unsuccessful in moving your fridge.
