The most incapable movers ever. It was a simple, standard sized fridge and the two fools that were sent took over 2 hours to get the fridge to the front door and then quit. They were so concerned about their straps they didnt take the time to just pick up the fridge and bring it in. they didn't have the brain capacity to figure out how to fit it up the stairs. They said it was too heavy and required more men! all this to carry in a standard sized fridge. After 2 hours I told them to leave the fridge and get out. They were glad to leave. I called [competitor name removed--Ed]. Thank god for [competitor name removed]! They came (2 men) and in 10 minutes had the fridge placed in the proper location. No straps, no extra effort just brains and common sense. DO NOT USE these fools. They don't come with mats, they asked me for supplies to protect my floors! Avoid! CALL [competitor name removed--Ed]!
