I was having trouble sleeping due to noisy neighbours, so I ordered soundproof windows from Bquiet Soundproof Windows. From the time I first contacted Bquiet Soundproof Windows, Mike Montecalvo provided me with excellent customer service. He replied to all my messages in a speedy, efficient manner. He was honest with me when he told me about the product. He advised me that the windows wouldn't eliminate the noise, but they would greatly reduce it. That is exactly what I have experienced. The outside noise is now at such a low level, that I can get to sleep - and that is much appreciated. The windows are a much higher quality than I imagined them to be and they look lovely. Bquiet Soundproof Windows delivered the windows when they said they would. The installer did an excellent job. He left the room neat and clean and the work he did was the same - neat and clean. I would highly recommend Bquiet Soundproof Windows to anyone.

Living in Toronto's vibrant downtown without the headaches of commuting to work? ... a brilliant idea!! So much to do here and see from my condo's vantage point in the sky. Another brilliant idea was to call Anthony Gucciardi at Encore Home Improvements. He installed soundproof windows that immediately cut out the cacophony of sounds that come with living downtown. I was 100% satisfied with the end results and would highly recommend their product to everyone, whether living in a condo or a house.

We needed some leaky windows replaced, were recommended to Encore by our neighbors. They were not the cheapest of the quotes we got, but went with them because of their reputation and our neighbor's opinion. They were confident they could finish the job on the short timeline we had to get the job done, as we needed them finished before we were going on vacation. Dave was very personable, knowledgable, and willing to answer all of our questions. The installer was excellent as well, finishing the job in one day. Would definitely recommend them.

Complete window renovation was necessary because of the age of the home. Encore Home Improvements gave us a competetive estimate, and a superior quality product. The job was completed on time, on budget with no surprises. We especially like the quality of the interior trim work, and can confidently recommend them to other homeowners!

What a project it's been! Fom the beginning, our whole renovation was filled with new challenges and set-backs. But thanks to Encore for being there - our windows and front door look great...and that unique floor to ceiling corner glass...what a statement piece! Oh, and thanks for the great advice on the front door, it looks like its worth a lot more than what we paid.

I love my new door! Its exactly like I wanted it to be. The installers were great. They were on time, friendly, quick ,very organized and clean. I would rate my experience a 10. I have no complaints. I would definately use them again
