He was honest with me when he told me about the product. He advised me that the windows wouldn't eliminate the noise, but they would greatly reduce it. That is exactly what I have experienced. The outside noise is now at such a low level, that I can get to sleep - and that is much appreciated. The windows are a much higher quality than I imagined them to be and they look lovely. Bquiet Soundproof Windows delivered the windows when they said they would. The installer did an excellent job. He left the room neat and clean and the work he did was the same - neat and clean.
