Thank you for the excellent service all round. From the start Anthony was competent in his sales approach, and George was efficient and masterful installing the windows and doors with very little disruption. A testament to their commitment, even George's brother Sean came in with a very bad back to get the job done. I felt badly for him, but was grateful that the work was getting done.

Encore did a fabulous job on the installation of my new window! Anthony gave me honest, sound advice and George installed my new window with care a great skill; not easy to do in a home that is almost 100 years old! I love my new window, it changes the whole look of the room. I will definately be back when it's time to replace other windows!

We were very pleased with the windows. The installers were very neat and tidy. The windows met our expectations and reduced noise by about 80%, which is what we were told to expect. We would recommend this product and company.

We live in an older home with wood windows that leaked and caused mould to form on the inside of our window. We hired Encore Home Improvements because of their reputation and they were also referred to us because of the great work they did for other friends and family of ours. They gave us a professional estimate, and conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout the whole process! We would recommend them to anyone.
