If you are looking to have concrete work done, look no further then Elite Design Concrete. I can honestly say they were one of the best companies that I hired to work at our new home. Working with Elite Design Concrete was fantastic from start to finish. Starting with Raffy getting a quote to working with Marcelo to make sure everything was perfect as quoted. Their work exceeded our expectation and I have extremely high expectations. They have attention to detail on all area of the job from start to finish which is hard to find with contractors and which I very much appreciated since I want everything done 100% perfectly. I highly recommend Elite Design Concrete as we are very very happy with how our limestone finished front walk way and landing turn out.

The team at Elite Concrete were fantastic to work with, from planning to inception the project went very smoothly. Their communication throughout the project was fantastic. The professionalism of their staff is some of the best I have seen in over 20 yrs. of construction.

We purchased a home that had a concrete side walkway that was sloped towards the house and a driveway that had been badly patched with asphalt. We contacted several contractors to provide a quote on the job and after our initial meeting with Raffy we came away very much feeling that Elite was the company we wanted to work with. Raffy provided many past job samples for us to view. He was knowledgeable, worked within our budget, and never pushy. The price was more than fair in relation to the other quotes we received.

When Marcelo arrived to plan out the details of our project we were just as impressed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was very easy to work with throughout the project.

Communication throughout the process was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner and the crews were excellent.

At the completion of the project a small hairline crack appeared in one section of our walkway. The crew returned promptly to fill the crack and fix the issue. Raffy was not satisfied with the results and told us he would send a crew back to remove and re-pour the section. We were thoroughly impressed with Raffy's pride of workmanship and very soon after the section had been replaced as promised.

We could not be happier with the results of the work and with all of ours dealings with Elite Designed Concrete.

We wanted a concrete patio in our back garden to resemble square cut limestone. We interviewed four companies and were most impressed with Elite Designed Concrete. Raffy was our first contact and after listening and taking a look at our site, was able to give us a precise idea of what Elite could do for us, show us samples of similar projects they had done and provide a clear estimate of the cost. After we made a small deposit, Marcelo came out in the pouring rain and worked with us to draw out the plan, spray-painting the design on to the area to give us an idea of the final look. He seemed to really want to make a perfect job for us and didn't seem to care that he was soaking wet! I told Marcelo we wanted the patio done by July 11 for a party. Next came a polite and friendly crew of formers and carpenters. They started at 7:30 am and were quiet and respectful of our neighbours as they set up. I was impressed that they were wearing brand new matching Elite t-shirts! They put down boards so as not to trample on the lawn and garden. They asked me questions and made sure the forming was to my satisfaction. They even suggested an improvement and when I agreed, they were more than willing to alter a small section. They helped me visualize different angle measurements in the transition from lawn to patio. Several days later the concrete pouring crew arrived, again at 7:30 am and again wearing matching Elite t-shirts. They also were clean, quiet and respectful. Every effort was made by them to make sure my lawn and gardens were not damaged and that I was happy with the result. The patio looks fantastic, and exactly as we envisioned. It looks every bit like an expensive square cut limestone patio! On July 11, the morning before my party, the guys arrived to backfill around the patio with nice topsoil to make sure it looked complete for my event. I can not tell you how rare and wonderful it is to work with a company that provides such care in the design and execution of their work and delivers what they promise. When they left, the place was spotless. You would never know a large concrete project had been undertaken. Elite is a company that oozes integrity and attention to detail. I would definitely hire them again, in a heartbeat and recommend them confidently. 10/10!

Our decorative concrete driveway and pathways are over 3 years old now and needed a reseal. Dealing with the team at Elite is always a pleasure. A quick email with an immediate response, followed by an onsite visit to inspect. Then some brief correspondence to coordinate timing so the car is off the driveway. Job was done exactly when we had agreed, and the place looks fantastic. The level of customer service the guys at Elite provide make it completely stress-free. They say they'll take care of you and they do.

Last year we hired Elite Designed Concrete to do a massive job on our front yard landscaping and driveway. We were so impressed with their creativity, professionalism and end result that we decided to call them back in to do more work in our backyard, extending our patio. Again, we were not disappointed. Again, Elite and their many crews impressed us with their excellent service, punctuality and performance. A week does not go by that somebody does not knock on our door to rave about our front yard. When it comes to provide warranty services after installation, Elite Concrete is second to none. Due to an extremely icy winter a year before last and also possibly to a bad batch of concrete, numerous spots on my stamped driveway had exhibited the same effects as seen on normal concrete when salt was applied. (We always use sand in the winter and plastic shovels.) To our pleasant and grateful amazement, instead of spot repairs, Raffi decided to redo the complete driveway. This involved breaking up the complete driveway, reforming, repouring and stamping. Talking about topnotch professional services! Thank you Raffi and Marcelo!

I contacted Elite Designed Concrete Inc after reading all the positive reviews on Homestars. I have never written an online review in my life but had to this time. I hired Elite to do a full remodel of my front and back yard and it is absolutely amazing!! From the design process through to the final product the team impressed me with their knowledge, professionalism and workmanship. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do any concrete work at their home, you will not be disappointed. The price was extremely competitive and the value for the money well exceeded my expectations, best experience I have ever had with any contractor in my life. Call these guys!!

We had our concrete driveway and walkway installed in the summer 2014. Raffy and Marcelo were very responsive despite the back log in projects. After the first winter, there were several cracks that appeared across the driveway which I didn't expect. Raffy personally came over to look at the cracks and assess the damage. After discussing situation with me he offered to completely re-do the driveway and front portion of the walkway where the cracks were located at no additional charge to me. Needless to say, I was very impressed by Elite's commitment to customer satisfaction and their dedication to stand behind their workmanship.
They sent an excavation crew to rip up the driveway and Marcelo and his team followed up the next week reinstalling a brand new concrete driveway. Consistent with my experience the prior year, everyone from the crew was extremely courteous and left the work site in clean and tidy condition each day. Raffy and Marcelo emailed me regularly to update me on the expected timeline of the various stages of the project which was very helpful.
After the driveway was installed, Raffy even reimbursed me for the cost to replace a few shrubs that were damaged when the excavation team removed the old driveway.
All in all, I was extremely happy with the job that Raffy and Marcelo did. Their commitment and dedication to customer satisfaction was really above and beyond what you would typically get from any vendors that I've dealt with before.
The stamped concrete look has added a beautiful look to the curb appeal of the house and really compliments the landscaping of the property. I would definitely recommend Elite Concrete for anyone looking to upgrade their driveway or walkways with stamped concrete!

We had a dilapidated backyard with failing retaining walls and interlocking from the 70's which had been overtaken by weeds. Elite completely transformed our backyard into a modern oasis. We LOVE it!! All the guys were very polite and even our neighbours commented about how courteous they were. They worked into December to finish the project which was completed on time and on budget.
