We are so pleased with our new driveway. Neighbours keep stopping to say how great it looks!. The designers and workers at Elite were so pleasant to deal with. They were always here when they said they would be, gave good advice, were polite, hard working and efficient.

The scope of our project was to add a cold cellar, re-do our verandah and steps. The designer who completed our drawings referred us to his contractor with the reassurance he would be overlooking the projects to ensure they were performed and completed properly and professionally. Unfortunately this turned out to be the worst experience/ nightmare we have ever encountered. Unqualified workers; extremely disappointed with the service and performance; damages to the property; the contractor was very unprofessional and dishonest; we paid more than what was completed; a project that should have been completed within 2 weeks dragged for over 8 weeks and still was nowhere near completion; as for the designer, we’ll never require his services again.
Now in the 2nd week of November; we were pressed for time and needed to find someone to complete the project before the cold/ snow started. We were also concerned another Company would not want to finish someone else’s work. - I read about Elite on Homestars and was quite impressed with all the reviews, so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Raffy and briefly explained our situation; within the hour he came to see the work and told us he had no problem taking over the project. Raffy was very understanding and supportive, he reassured us the work would be completed and not to worry about the cold/ snow as they are well equipped for all weather related conditions.
From the first moment the crew arrived, we knew we were in good hands. All the workers were very experienced and skilled; they knew exactly what needed to be done and did it properly and professionally. Everyone was very polite and it was great to see them take great pride in their work. The end result is OUTSTANDING; Elite truly exceeded our expectations, and we’re extremely happy and grateful to the entire Elite team. It’s very flattering to have so many people compliment the work that you have completed, and it’s with great pleasure that we ensure everyone knows all credits go to “Elite Designed Concrete”.

Elite Design Concrete completed a stamped concrete pathway and patio at my house. The work was completed in a timely manner, and is very high quality and looks great (exceeded my expectations). Both the crew working at the property and the company contact were very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend and/or use their services again.

Raffy and Marcello and the Team at Elite Designed Concrete, did a great job for me, replacing my garage floor which had a drainage issue under the slab. They did a great job explaining what is and what is not possible to fix the issue. All the team members were nice friendly guys to talk to, they always took the time to talk to me at either the start or end of the day when I was arriving home. Although I am not a construction person I am involve in a technical industry and I was impressed with their quality, and craftsmanship of the work. I would work with Elite Designed Concrete again.

Construction of steps and concrete patio including gas fire pit installation and drainage. Total coverage area exceeding 1,200 square feet. Patio stones were also cut to conform to the concrete in complex design and river stone features added.

We hired Elite Designed Concrete over 10 years ago to build our backyard patio, front walkway and driveway curbs. Raffy gave great design ideas when he came to quote the project. Their staff were always polite and very patient with our many questions. Our concrete looks great and still gets compliments to this day thanks to the minimal maintenance we arrange to have Elite do every few years. We highly recommend Elite Designed Concrete to anyone wanting great product and service.

We were were very happy with the end result of our 'stained concrete driveway' that ELITE's crew poured. Unfortunately our drive developed a few cracks due to weather conditions shortly after the install. While I may have ignored these imperfections, and I would have expected the company to ignore us...ELITE returned and reinstalled the entire drive. Their customer service is outstanding. They take great pride in their work.

I hired Elite concrete for a large scale concrete project as it was beyond our concrete installation experience. I am extremely pleased with their installation and our client is extremely pleased as well. They work very hard and do great work. I am happy to recommend them or use them for future projects.

Over the span of the last 5 years we have had numerous contractors doing work around the house because none of them would finish the job and walked out after getting paid majority of the contract total. It was hard to trust another contractor after all the headaches we've had in the past but we still had to get the outside finished. I read about Elite here on Homestars and was quite impressed by the comments. I had asked Raffy to come by to take a look and I had a pretty good first impression. He was thorough with explaining what could be done given the existing conditions and was able to confidently provide us with a quote on the spot. He even took time out of his day to bring us to various projects what we could expect as a finish product.

From the beginning, both Raffy and Marcelo were professional and showed a willingness to answer and address all of our questions. 'No' was never an answer with either Raffy or Marcelo, and neither was it an answer from their crews. If there were issues both Raffy and Marcelo and their crews were committed and made effort to get it right. They wasted no time in resolving the issues, in one case they did not leave until we were happy. If their crew wasn't here either Raffy or Marcelo were personally on site to deal with the issues.

Elite is certainly a contractor you can depend on no matter what. I would certainly have them complete our next concrete project. They're definitely not the cheapest but everyone says 'You get what you pay for' - and this was evident from their crews and through their work. Thanks for all the hard work guys! It's great to know there are still reliable contractors out there.
