Elite Concrete

We saw great reviews on line of Elite Design and decided to call them for an estimate. The owner showed up to our home and was very professional and easy to communicate with. Very friendly and provide great ideas for our patio. We had the front porch re-done, side walkway & our back Patio all done with a stamped contrete design. Can't say enough of Raffy & Marcelo. Never said no to any idea's and were always very accomadating to our requests. 10* for these guys. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

After getting nine quotes and researching stamped concrete companies, we chose Elite Concrete Inc. It wasn’t because of price: they definitely were not the cheapest. At our initial meeting with Raffy, one of the partners, we felt at ease with his sincerity and his knowledge of the business. We trusted him to be an honest person. We were not disappointed.

In 2014 you can still find great customer service, where with a handshake, you can ‘seal the deal’….with a small, initial deposit. Lol.

The many cohesive Elite crews who worked on our project over the weeks were not only skilled and efficient professionals; they were also courteous and helpful. The team crew leaders were thoughtful, polite and approachable. It was a pleasure dealing with the Elite crews. It was obvious to us that they are well trained and also treated very well by the company owners, Raffy and Marcelo.

Nothing’s perfect and we had some concerns here and there. To their credit, the owners were good listeners and responded promptly to our issues. It was not unusual for Marcelo, after a long day’s work, to come in person at 9:00 pm, to answer any questions we had. Their ability to resolve any matter quickly and positively was exceptional.

Like all homeowners, our house is our castle. And we appreciate that Elite treated our home, our huge expenditure, and us, with respect.

There are so many ‘smooth operators’ out there, who talk a fast game. Some whom we met, have fancy showrooms and catalogues and sales people who hound you incessantly. Elite was different. Their showroom is their customer list. They offered us numerous addresses throughout the GTA where we could see their onsite work for ourselves. We saw an array of beautiful stamped concrete workmanship, which also helped to give us creative ideas for our project.

We are so happy that we trusted our instincts and went with Elite. They are truly ‘the real deal’ and it is our good fortune to have hired them and our pleasure to refer them. And as a note of interest, we are also ‘the real deal’ – we are not family, friends or any other ‘Elite-commissioned’ referral. We paid them in full and are simply very satisfied customers.

Contacted Elite Concrete to see if they would replace the garage floor. From their website, most of their work appeared to be high end high quality stamped concrete. I now know they also do high end / high quality concrete garage pads. Elite had one crew who specialized in removal and setting the concrete forms. Then another crew who specialized with the pour and "leveling". The only complaint I have is that I have to constantly sweep out the leaves, pine needles and other debris because the floor looks so good. Thanks to Elite my garage pad will be good for another 50+ years.

I just wanted to write a brief thank you to Raffi, Marcelo and the team at Elite Concrete for the recent repairs to my concrete driveway.

The work was performed in a timely fashion, and the level of service is truly second to none.

I have no doubt that Elite Concrete is the BEST in the city of Toronto for concrete driveway installation and repair, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their existing driveway or looking to build new.

We chose Elite Designed Concrete for an extensive project: to install a long driveway that included in part a supporting wall and to build an extensive concrete cascading walkway, also with a supporting wall. If you are considering doing a project in concrete then you should at least talk to the people at Elite Designed Concrete before committing with anyone else. For that matter if you are considering using other materials like asphalt or paving stones, you should still let Elite show you the different looks and design capability of concrete from their portfolio of the work they have done. They know their product. You will have a hard time finding anyone in the business who is more friendly, more knowledgeable, more accommodating, more professional and more helpful than the people working at Elite: from Raffy and Marcello to everyone who wears the Elite t-shirt who makes the project happen. Their attention to detail did not stop with the pouring of the concrete: before Elite left, they provided top soil which they filled in around the work, sparing us the trouble of doing so. Their attention to detail starts at day one and continues to the end, and if your experience is likes ours, to top this off, you will find their pricing to be fair and competitive. About 4-5 years ago Elite Designed Concrete built our front patio/entrance way and walkway on the one side of the house. After our first experience, we had no doubt we'd call them again to do the other side of the house and construct a deck on half of the back of the house. Once again Elite Designed Concrete delivered a beautiful product. The Elite crew members are friendly, do high quality professional work, they protect the house from inadvertent concrete splash and listen to home owner feedback/guidance during the construction phase. Anytime we are asked about the concrete work around our home, my comment is always....stop looking and contact Elite.

Elite Design was a great experience. They paid great attention to detail and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Our neighbors have commented many times over about the wonderful job they did.

Update: I've never had so much attention after putting together a review. Rafi and company went over and above by asking us 'what would it take to garner a 10/10. Their approach to customer service after their work is amazing.

Great company with a great crew of workers. I so appreciate Marcelo, Raffy and Niko. They worked with me on the design, were very patient with all of my phone calls and questions.
