Elite Concrete

My husband and I spent the last two years researching outdoor patio ideas and designs. We recently read rave reviews about Elite designed concrete and decided to contact them for an initial consultation. The owners, Raffy and Marcelo, came within a week of us contacting them. They gave us great ideas and listened to our concerns. We originally wanted to have only the patio completed but after hearing what Raffy suggestion, we decided to do the front landing and the sides of the house. After our initial consult, my husband discovered a few setbacks in the planning so we called Raffy who came in to check our concerns. Raffy assured us that our concerns would not hinder the concrete plans and that his workers would find creative solutions. within the next few days, the workers were underway. I must say, I've never seen such incredible professionalism, hardworking and pride with ones work. Each worker worked tirelessly and were extremely attentive to detail. The end result is perfection. We decided on a limestone finish and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to hosting a lot of friends and family on our new patio. Our neighbours have already requested the contact information and one neighbour coined our patio as "a dream patio", we couldn't agree more. Thank you Elite designed concrete!

Elite provided me with a great many options to replace my driveway and walkway with stamped concrete patterns and colours. Their many years of experience helped us to decide which style to go with. In addition they provided us with addresses to visit homes which already had the different patterns installed so that we could see the finished product. Their staff were courteous and very professional. They started our project on time, finished on time and on budget. Great company, great service and great craftsmanship. After receiving several estimates I decided to sign a contract with Elite to build a patio in the back yard and fix the front steps and walkway. It was a pleasure working with both Raffy and Marcello. At the beginning Raffy explained the process and what the timelines would be. Both Raffy and Marcelo listened to what I wanted the end product to be and provided advice and guidance on achieving my goal. During construction Marcelo kept me up to date and informed on what to expect next and timelines. The job was completed in the time frame laid out when I signed the contract. The finished product is more than I could have hoped for and is admired by my guests and neighbours. I am enjoying my patio at every possible opportunity. The concrete trench drain at the bottom of my sunken driveway needed to be rebuilt. I interviewed a number of companies for the project and decided to hire Elite Designed Concrete. It was a real pleasure dealing with Raffi and Marcelo as well as their employees. They did excellent work, completed it on time and for the agreed upon price. The employees working on the site were very friendly and courteous. They also kept the job site clean. Raffi and/or Marcelo stay in close contact with you throughout the project to ensure that they are meeting your expectations. I am extremely satisfied with Elite and highly recommend that you use them for similar projects.

A friend had sidewalks and patio done by Elite and we were impressed. We called for a quote and were totally satisfied from beginning to end. I have already passed on their contact info to neighbours.

We hired Elite this summer to replace our garage floor, design and install a concrete driveway and do related landscaping work. I had my patio and walkway designed and installed 8 years ago by Elite Concrete. Raffy, Marcelo, and all the guys were great to deal with. We sold our house for more than asking, and all the agents and buyers were amazed at how the patio looked. We have just moved into a new house and just had Raffy come over to design a new patio for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality work.

Every year I would do the customary weeding, sanding, staining, sealing, etc...
No matter what I did, the deck and interlock would quickly look like nothing was ever done to it and every year we never enjoyed our backyard and patio.
I was always embarrassed to have people over.

That is all a thing of the past; I found Raffi' number through Homestars and called him. He immediately called me back and we arranged for a time to have him visit our home and unlike many other trades that we have called for various other work he showed up! His professionalism was refreshing and I immediately felt that I was in good hands and shortly after his visit we decided to go ahead with the work.

The project went ahead as scheduled and was completed in the time span promised. Marcelo and his team of artisans went about their work in a very professional manner and were always attentive and respectful.
They have transformed our backyard patio into something of beauty that we now actually spend more time outside and we are proud to have guests over.
