My husband and I are returning customers of Elite Designed Concrete. When we recently purchased our dream home, we contacted Raffy in order to start designing and gathering ideas for a perfect patio and side walkway. Raffy and Marcello blew us away, again, with their design and ideas. The creativity and contemporary design surpassed all expectations. When the work began, their crew were professional, courteous, hardworking, kept the workspace clean and tidy, and kept us informed of any issues. There were some issues that came up throughout the process but Raffy and Marcello took care of everything and ensured that any issue that arose was stress-free for my husband and I. Marcello and Raffy would check in and keep us up to date with timelines and expected completion dates. Raffy also designed and incorporated black granite along the edges of the patio which really gave it the WOW factor. The end result is perfection. We are the proud homeowners of a beautiful limestone finish contemporary patio with floating stairs and gorgeous stepping stone side walkway. My husband and I spent the last two years researching outdoor patio ideas and designs. We recently read rave reviews about Elite designed concrete and decided to contact them for an initial consultation. The owners, Raffy and Marcelo, came within a week of us contacting them. They gave us great ideas and listened to our concerns. We originally wanted to have only the patio completed but after hearing what Raffy suggestion, we decided to do the front landing and the sides of the house. After our initial consult, my husband discovered a few setbacks in the planning so we called Raffy who came in to check our concerns. Raffy assured us that our concerns would not hinder the concrete plans and that his workers would find creative solutions. within the next few days, the workers were underway. I must say, I've never seen such incredible professionalism, hardworking and pride with ones work. Each worker worked tirelessly and were extremely attentive to detail. The end result is perfection. We decided on a limestone finish and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to hosting a lot of friends and family on our new patio.
