Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd

Its been over one month since the installers started a job at my house. Job was rushed. The hardwood is installed uneven. They left the job site a mess. The nose are not stained. They damaged my phone jack. Bell wants $85 to fix it. I called and asked the manager to come or send someone to come and take a look at the job. They did not. I filed a complaint with BBB to which they did not respond. The installers did not use the wax paper purchsed. Im now thinking of my next course of action because this is unbelievable and unacceptable. Its now almost Christmas and my house is still not done.
This company only wants to take your money and leave you hanging afterwards.
They engage in false and misleading advertisement. I was assured that the hardwood I purchased did not have knots. The wood was filled with burnt like markings on them.

Will update my review once transaction is complete including installation and customer service up until the very end. Issues I had were resolved however the staff should remember to be consistently pleasant throughout the customer experience and not only after you put a negative review on Homestars. People have the right to review their experience and rudeness can't be undone once it's happened. I see this company having many positives like great products and excellent prices but they should really review their front line staff members who give the company a bad impression. The first face to the customer should always be pleasant and cooperative.

We purchased flooring from Brampton Hardwood for our entire house, both main floor and upstairs. We are extremely happy with the product and price. The customer service was excellent, and we will be going to them again for renovations for my sons house. Highly recommend them!

This is worst customer service you ever had, I bought 50 boxes of wood from them and I have 4 left which they refuse to return. and then for my other project i need only one box, which they have in house but it is open box, and they refuse to admit it is the open box, and they threat either buy in this condition or buy from somewhere else. I will never go back to them.

If you're looking for hardwood, go see Lina at the Leslie location! We recently moved in and redid all of the flooring in our house and after extensive research I met Lina and she guided us in the right direction every step of the way. She even followed up after the project was done. Do all the research you want to do but if you want it done right go see Lina.

To purchase a product these people will promise you the world, but God forbid you need to return something. The owner is a super crude woman - I needed to return an underpadding roll, and she said it won't match her batch! For God's sake how can underpadding not match a batch! For $100 item they refused to take back and asked for proof! They have full details of my account but asked for proof!

I purchased approx 1,600 sq ft of hardwood from Brampton Hardwood. I had similar customer service experiences as others. The product was of poor quality as the installer put it in gaps were showing because one side of the board was a different width than the other and in some cases the tongues were too long cardigan the groove so that would cause gaps as well. Contacted Brampton hardwood - I was told they'd send an inspector out ...... and nothing. I called everyday for 2 weeks and still nothing. By this time the installer already finished the job. I will never shop at Brampton Hardwood again and would never recommend to anyone.

Bought 1100 square feet Imperial select and better hardwood which was recommended by sales rep Kumar. I was told this is the best wood. When installer installed wood there are many pieces with less width than most of the hardwood. When installation is done gaps are showing up between pieces. Called Kumar and he told me he will send inspector to inspect it. 3 days in and still no one was sent. Called Kumar many times but he still have not sent anyone. More than half of the hardwood is installed installer is saying it is not his fault for the gaps because it is wood issue. Seems like once you have paid your invoice there is no customer service.

They typed in the wrong product on the bill and then claimed we picked the color. We picked a light maple and they put down a midnight oak (think dark brown almost black). We picked up part of the order and they kept the bill saying they needed it and when we went back for the rest to the order they said we picked it up and it took alot of arguing to get it sorted. I have seen many angry customers at this place.

If purchasing, make sure you check the colors before you take the product and pick it up right away!

I am highly impressed with Mr Kumar's salesmanship. He helped me finding a right match for wood which I was looking for. He was very helpful at store and few times I called for help. I would highly recommend going and seeing Mr Kumar if you have any concerns regarding buying right quality of wood.
