Will update my review once transaction is complete including installation and customer service up until the very end. Issues I had were resolved however the staff should remember to be consistently pleasant throughout the customer experience and not only after you put a negative review on Homestars. People have the right to review their experience and rudeness can't be undone once it's happened. I see this company having many positives like great products and excellent prices but they should really review their front line staff members who give the company a bad impression. The first face to the customer should always be pleasant and cooperative.

We are sorry that you feel this way but all deliveries are to the garage. This is clearly written on your sales receipt and also posted in our showroom. Deliveries are conducted by a third party company that we contract with, and we assume that they send the required number of delivery persons for each job.
