great service

i had the pleasure of visting the brampton location and the assistant manager christine samuel was very helpful ,she approach me once i entered the store and showed me around.even if i had second thought about making purchasing from that store her service and making me feel like a person and not just another number sealed the the deal.I will always go back to that location in the future.
Once again Christine Samuel is the best.,

kitchen table thanks Christine Samuel

My wife and I bought a kitchen table from Arrow Furniture in Bramtpon on Queen Street. We had great service as we walked in and meet with a very helpful sales person Christine Samuel. She helped with all are needs.

extra 3 weeks delay for my order after 1 month

I am very sad and disappointed to share my bad experience with your company and i hope you do an appropriate reaction.

Feb 13th 2017 ,i did a purchase ( order#KB97...) in order to receive it mid of March and even my sales rep " Richard" told me i can have it earlier.
March 20th 2017 is our new year and i counted on my delivery date and i scheduled everthing on time and i just came 1 month earlier to do my purchase for having that in our new year.

My sales rep just called me March 13th rudely and informed me, my order will be delivered first week of April !!!( with 3 weeks delay)
When i asked him the reason,
He told me because you bought it in promotion day without tax & doesn't matter if you receive it late.

What a unbelivable & rude excuse !!!
The company must respect the obligations about the customers even if i bought that free.
Why i hear this instead of any apologies for the inconvenience!!!!
& why the company will send my order after 2 months waiting!
I had many choices to buy from different companies in Feb but i counted on the Arrow ´s obligation to deliver my item mid of March & even earlier than that as my sales rep told me.

I called twice to the branch in 1355 Kennedy Rd.
Scarborough but nobody helped me.
Seri just told me it will be delivered with few weeks delay without any apologies.

What the Arrow company will do for me regarding this inconvenience & rude behavior of sales rep??????
Next Monday is Persian new year & i don't have my order & i experienced sales rep 's insulting.

I am looking forward at least customer care & customer satisfaction for this issue.

Hi Mel, we are extremely sorry for the delay in the merchandise. Unfortunately, all furniture companies are at the mercy of the manufacturers. Arrow gives our customers an expected, approximate time of delivery that is given to us and we always err on the side of caution just in case the manufacturer has a delay. So back in February when you bought your curio we were told by the manufacturer to expect a shipment sometime in mid March. In turn, we told you this same information as is stated on your invoice. I found out that there would be a small delay and had Richard relay the message to you. It has nothing to do with any promotion or sale we may have been running. It's just simply a delay at the factory. I did apologize and offered you free delivery because of the inconvenience. Your curio will arrive within 2-3 weeks later than anticipated and we will notify you as soon as it comes in. We are extremely sorry and unfortunately is somthing that can happen to any furniture company as it is beyond our control. Sri T. - Sales Manager

Sofa

Christine Samuel, assistant manager at the Brampton location, helped us with the sofa purchase. She helped us select the right sofa and explained the benefits very well (fabric protection plan and price). She also helped us with after purchase services. We were having trouble putting the legs of the sofa on and she was able to send us someone to help with that. I would recommend this store.

End tables and foyer table

Gurpreet Kaur was my sales person and she made the process hassle free and pleasant. She was very helpful in showing me alternate options until I found what I needed.
She ensured that everything went smoothly to pick-up. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Sofa set

the sofa was delivered broken and stained, called the customer service refused to change it, just offered to fix it !!!!!!!!
I paid $3500 to have a new sofa set not a broken fixed one ......
Extremely upset. never recommend this place to anyone.
I will share my bad experience every where

Hi. If you could give us some more information we would be happy to look into this for you. If we have the right customer in mind, we are dealing with a bottom show-wood rail that needs to be replaced. This can be easily done. Think of a car that has a damaged or faulty bumper. The bumper would be replaced not the whole car. This is very similar. It is quick job that would still come with all warranties involved. Thank you. Sri T. - Sales Manager

GOOD QUALITY.MET SARA,SHE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST.IT'S GOOD TO FIND A SALESPERSON WHO WOULD GIVE YOU RECOMMENDATIONS FROM AN INTERIOR DESIGNER POINT OF VIEW AND NOT AGREEING ON EVERYTHING YOU SAY FOR THE SAKE OF SALE.. ASK FOR SARA

Bedroom set

The sales rep Gurpreet at Arrow brampton ensured that we get the right value for our money. She helped us not only in choosing the right product and also made sure that the whole process of choosing the product as well as the delivery and installation was done according to our need. Even the delivery guys did a great job of making sure that they deliver the product without causing any wear and tear in our new house, which most other stores don't really care about

Bought a sectional with protection plan.

After visiting all your standard furniture stores I grew extremely fatigued of the Sales Staff. Typical furniture sales staff are not knowledgeable or helpful, and their goal is simply to be the first to say 'hi' to you so that they thereafter own your commission. This was not the case at Arrow furniture, where I found that Sara made me feel very comfortable, and used her background in design to provide some great tips so that my sectional fit my home perfectly. Selection and pricing at Arrow Furniture is equal to all the larger stores. I suggest you visit Arrow Furniture!

Of note, I also purchased the protection plan for our sectional, and am disappointed that it will take 3 weeks before the service will arrive at our home. Although my warranty will remain in tact, I'd have preferred to have had the couch sealed before 3 weeks of use.

Thanks Shayne! We try to make it an integral part of our sales staff DNA to not come across as that 'typical salesperson' as we know how obtrusive it can be. We have rules and regulations and try our best to hire people who honestly have that 'caring gene' as well. Purchased a couch ,chair and end table

It was the first time shopping at Arrow furniture . My best friend and I entered the store and was approached shortly after by a very pleasant lady Anu Kumar . She provided us with amazing customer service ! She moved several pieces of furniture so I could see how it would look together. It was a bit of a process for her I am sure ..... but she did it with a smile.
I was provided a delivery date and it was delivered at that time. I would recommenced Arrow Furniture as a place to shop !
