extra 3 weeks delay for my order after 1 month
I am very sad and disappointed to share my bad experience with your company and i hope you do an appropriate reaction.
Feb 13th 2017 ,i did a purchase ( order#KB97...) in order to receive it mid of March and even my sales rep " Richard" told me i can have it earlier.
March 20th 2017 is our new year and i counted on my delivery date and i scheduled everthing on time and i just came 1 month earlier to do my purchase for having that in our new year.
My sales rep just called me March 13th rudely and informed me, my order will be delivered first week of April !!!( with 3 weeks delay)
When i asked him the reason,
He told me because you bought it in promotion day without tax & doesn't matter if you receive it late.
What a unbelivable & rude excuse !!!
The company must respect the obligations about the customers even if i bought that free.
Why i hear this instead of any apologies for the inconvenience!!!!
& why the company will send my order after 2 months waiting!
I had many choices to buy from different companies in Feb but i counted on the Arrow ´s obligation to deliver my item mid of March & even earlier than that as my sales rep told me.
I called twice to the branch in 1355 Kennedy Rd.
Scarborough but nobody helped me.
Seri just told me it will be delivered with few weeks delay without any apologies.
What the Arrow company will do for me regarding this inconvenience & rude behavior of sales rep??????
Next Monday is Persian new year & i don't have my order & i experienced sales rep 's insulting.
I am looking forward at least customer care & customer satisfaction for this issue.

Hi Mel, we are extremely sorry for the delay in the merchandise. Unfortunately, all furniture companies are at the mercy of the manufacturers. Arrow gives our customers an expected, approximate time of delivery that is given to us and we always err on the side of caution just in case the manufacturer has a delay. So back in February when you bought your curio we were told by the manufacturer to expect a shipment sometime in mid March. In turn, we told you this same information as is stated on your invoice. I found out that there would be a small delay and had Richard relay the message to you. It has nothing to do with any promotion or sale we may have been running. It's just simply a delay at the factory. I did apologize and offered you free delivery because of the inconvenience. Your curio will arrive within 2-3 weeks later than anticipated and we will notify you as soon as it comes in. We are extremely sorry and unfortunately is somthing that can happen to any furniture company as it is beyond our control. Sri T. - Sales Manager
