We ordered a new hutch and buffet a few weeks ago and the sales agent was very helpful and informative. The delivery crew wre very nice and took there time to unpackage and set ut our new purchase. We would use Arrow furniture again.

Went into the store was browsing around saw a very nice pub style table with 4 chairs one off the sales person (Bill). Was. Very helpful so I decided. To get it was very Happy. With my New awesome table for my condo. Thank u arrow furniture I would recommend then to anyone.

We've dealt with the Scarborough location of Arrow Furniture for many years now...with long term sales rep A.J. and in recent years their manager Jeff. Always get great advice, service and prices from them. The few issues we've had have been quickly resolved by their efficient service department. Will look forward to doing continued business with them in future. Really happy with the bedroom set that was our latest purchase. From personal experience you can find cheaper advertised prices out there, but comparing quality and value for money they can't be beat.

Recently purchased a leather sofa & loveseat from the Brampton location. The salesperson - Dolly, was very helpful and understanding. She never pushed us to quickly make our decision and purchase the items. Infact, she encouraged us to take our time and make the right decision!. We went back to that location mainly because of her.
Only downside - had to pay for delivery of the furniture. And the cost did not include set up; the delivery guys just come and leave the furniture where you want it - they do not even unwrap!!! Wish the store could do something about that given that other furniture chains provide that service free of cost.

Amazing Michael took the time to help he was very patient the best customer service i have seen for a while. Overall we are so pleased with everything.

My husband and I are very happy with the purchase of our dining set and server for our dining room. The set is beautiful and fits perfectly. I want to thank Royce who was quick to respond to my email enquiries about the product and also to Manager, Jeff Ware, who was instrumental in helping us to seal the deal!

I am glad I stumbled upon this store last year, and I have been back from time to time since then. I am not usually one for writing reviws but this place really deserved it. Me and my wife are more into contemporary style and they hit the right spot for quality and statement piece. I got to hand it to my main go to guy Assistant manager Farooq for his solid advices (you practically furnished our living room!) and making sure payment plans are within our budget. Definitely a pleasant experience, from the store offerings to all the helpful people. Highly highly reccomend for everyone to at least take a look. They won't dissapoint.
