Arrow Furniture

I was looking for a sideboard to place in my new condo when I visited the Arrow Furniture store in Brampton. I cannot express how pleased I am with my gorgeous find and the service. Dolly Singh, was exceptional with helping me—from looking at various options, through to personal assistance in loading the piece my vehicle! I definitely will be back as I continue to furnish my home! Thanks Dolly and Arrow Brampton!!

The service was excellent when buying the furniture. The sales lady Dolly was amazing and we have bought from her three times and will continue to do so. Delivery was great as they delivered the day that it was scheduled with no delays

Not sure where most of these positive and 5 star reviews are coming from. Perhaps they are paid for or influenced. Do not waste your time or money with this company that has no regard for its customers nor proper management to handle customer issues. Horrible customer service and business ethics. Never mind the ethics. They possess no principles or morals.

I bought a bed set for my daughter's birthday when I opened the box, bed was broken. I called them right away and sent them pictures but no answer for one week, after follow up everyday they sent me technician and he found another broken part. NOW after 3 weeks they told me to wait for 3 MORE WEEKS TO GET THE PARTS than they told me wait up to mid September!!!!!. Is it make sense to you guys?? this parts comes from space or Canada???? this is ridiculous service. All other parts in the middle of my room and my daughter doesn't have enough place to sleep. who is responsible for that kind of service???

Gurpreet Kaur was the salesperson, she was very helpful and patient. I did not feel pressured. I knew what I wanted and she assisted me in every step. Her service was excellent. The delivery service was super, there was a problem getting the furniture through the door at first but they handled it as professionals . I cannot give any feedback on the sealing of the furniture because that is happening today. I am very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the service.

Brought two piece of furniture from arrow. 1) Standing mirror was beautiful and good quality.
2) Accent chair legs was not same size when it arrived.But arrow replaced it within a week.Good service.

Arrow Furniture was my last stop to complete my home makeover.I was looking for affordable yet classy and cosy furniture and that is what I got.Sara my sales representative was very helpful.She knew exactly what I had envisioned and she was eager to assist me in making my dream come true.Her professionalism made my shopping less stressful and I am very grateful for her expertise.Arrow furniture is now my "go to" for my home and I am very pleased to give them the review that they deserve.

I purchased living room sofa's from Arrow. A difficult decision to make among several options design, cost , size , color. Ms Gurpreet Kaur assisted me through the process. She provided guidance on selection at the same time provided enough space to allow me to make my own decision. I was impressed by her professionalism and personal style. I returned to complete the set by purchasing the side and centre tables. Once again she was a big help. Thanks .

Farouk was the salesman I dealt with , he wasn't a pushy person he helped me with what to choose , he had knowledge of the products they carry
