WORST FURNITURE STORE TO EXIST!! I ordered an expensive bed set came 6 months later from the Mississauga store . When the bed came, it had 2 screws half sticking out of 2 legs of the bed, that scratched our brand new hardwood floors. Came with messed up slat and middle support that needs to be replaced. We called in concerning the screws in the legs and they didn't apologize for the screws at all, but blamed us and said it was our fault and they won't do anything for their messed up product. Spoke to general manager (Michael) who HUNG UP on me and continued to blame us even though they sold us a messed up bed with huge screws sticking out. In my 12 year experience of owning my own business, and ordering new furniture from numerous companies, this is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. You NEVER blame your customer for your own fault, this is the number 1 rule in running a business and SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE!!! Judging by the reviews on google reviews, there is clearly something wrong with this furniture store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Hire new staff maybe? So customers won't be all mad at you and make more sales. Please check out their reviews on google reviews, it's no wonder they have 1.8 stars out of 5. Many people are experiencing the same terrible customer service from them.
