My husband and I were very satisfied with Arrow Furniture. We found a great deal on a sectional sofa. The experience from purchase to delivery was good with great communication.

The service was amazing! When we entered the store, we were immediately attended to and in less than 30 minutes we were recommended a bed frame and mattress that we fell in love with. Delivery was fast and efficient the only thing that sucked was the estimated time frame which was 1:30pm-6:30pm... So within that time I was afraid to leave or fall asleep. Other than that it was fantastic.

We were very satisfied with Bills customer service. He gave us time to make a decisions and has been on hand with all our questions and assistance. Arrow has been our destination for furniture purchasing for number of years because of great selection and customer service

Gurpreet, your pleasant smile, patience and help extended throughout my constant changes and indecisiveness was so accommodating. The Manager, Parmod Sharma diligently worked with me over and over, doing exchanges and cancellations to accommodate my need. At the end, the choices made due to both of you expertise and knowledge could not have been better.

Not to mention, delivery was right on time, just as scheduled!!

Arrows' have good quality furniture, beautiful selection, and a decor for everyone choice.

DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I purchased a dining room set in March, 2017. Had it delivered the same month. The set was extremely defective and looked used. Called to advise them of the issue. Was put into contact with Suri who replaced the set. The second set was worse then the first and when I complained, their resolution was to send a service tech to repair the defects. The deftects are literally on all the chairs and table. The service tech advised that he could fix all the nicks and scratches but that he would have to use strong products. As I have a newborn, this was not an option. Suri then advised that there was nothing he could do. I escalated the issue to MICHAEL, the general manager, who was completely and utterly USELESS!!! I have called them multiple times and left countless messages for Suri and MICHAEL to get this resolved but no one has called me back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!

Our experience with Arrow furniture was excellent. Everything we were told was going to be done, was done impeccably well. The service was excellent and delivery was on time & efficient. Thank you for the positive experience and for making the furniture purchase process an easy one!

We stopped into Arrow Furniture in Brampton one afternoon to browse their showroom and were met by a friendly sales woman who introduced herself as Gurpreet Kaur and welcomed us as it was our first time to the store. We browsed freely without any pressure as she noted the items of interest. She informed us of the sale that was on and offered a further discount too, we came to browse but ended up purchasing half a dozen items and more, such a great selection. Most items were in stock and quickly delivered as scheduled. We wanted to change a few things we ordered and the Manager, Parmod Sharma was very accommodating and ordered the new items for us to be exchanged, no questions asked. I would recommend this store to everyone, great selection, beautiful furniture, a decor for everyone's taste ? Great job Arrow Furniture, amazing selection of fine furniture and a wonderful staff?
