DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I purchased a dining room set in March, 2017. Had it delivered the same month. The set was extremely defective and looked used. Called to advise them of the issue. Was put into contact with Suri who replaced the set. The second set was worse then the first and when I complained, their resolution was to send a service tech to repair the defects. The deftects are literally on all the chairs and table. The service tech advised that he could fix all the nicks and scratches but that he would have to use strong products. As I have a newborn, this was not an option. Suri then advised that there was nothing he could do. I escalated the issue to MICHAEL, the general manager, who was completely and utterly USELESS!!! I have called them multiple times and left countless messages for Suri and MICHAEL to get this resolved but no one has called me back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!
