I bought a bed set for my daughter's birthday when I opened the box, bed was broken. I called them right away and sent them pictures but no answer for one week, after follow up everyday they sent me technician and he found another broken part. NOW after 3 weeks they told me to wait for 3 MORE WEEKS TO GET THE PARTS than they told me wait up to mid September!!!!!. Is it make sense to you guys?? this parts comes from space or Canada???? this is ridiculous service. All other parts in the middle of my room and my daughter doesn't have enough place to sleep. who is responsible for that kind of service???

Hi Sia. We're extremely sorry that you received some furniture that had some slight damages. Our technician has come out to assemble the bed and make sure that it is safe to use in the meantime. The furniture is made in Winnipeg and does take a few weeks to get the correct parts that we will be exchanging for you. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
