I thought it was just going to be another yearly inspection for my old carrier furnace. a major part had failed and it needed to be replaced. Rob and Tom did the install and did a fantastic job. they took care with all aspects of the job and the house was warm again, 24 hours after being shut-off. (#68329)

I noticed my furnace was not heating the house properly and thought it was a clogged blower or ac coil. I changed the air filter but still would shut itself down after so many minutes of running. So I checked the reviews and gave this company a shot. The repair man came the same day I called and troubleshoot the furnace. The code was misdiagnosed by me so lucky he knew the code and voila it was a clogged water drain. He cleaned it all out and did some furnace maintenance as well as part of the deal. Highly recommend this company, very honest and did a very good job.

My 19 year old Lennox broke down and was going to cost me $800 to fix. I got three quotes, and decided to leave my old furnace service provider and go with A1 Air Conditioning. They were not the least expensive of the three companies, however they showed me they were the more experienced and professional! They ripped out all of my old equipment, duct work, tubing, wiring and started fresh with all new equipment, no scrimping around with these guys! I experienced heat on my third floor bedrooms for the first time. This new furnace is quiet and efficient and I couldn't be happier! I also had my air conditioner replaced at the same time, this company and their team are impressive. I would recommend them every time.

Using my Supercare contract with A1 I called this company as my furnace stopped working at -11 Celsius. Mike came within 3 hours in spite of many other service calls, and repaired my furnace with obvious professionalism, and free of charge. While working on the furnace Mike gave me many useful hints to operate my furnace more efficiently, and helped me to adjust my humidifier. This went far beyond expectance. I haven't met a better technician yet.

Furnace stopped. I called A1. The office sect Mike to repair under the A1 plan quickly. Mike was very professional and helpful explaining how to re-program the thermostat

Great service.

Our furnace broke down on the coldest weekend of the winter. We have the Supercare warranty with A1 and Adrian came out late at night to get the heat back on. My Mother is in and out of the hospital for treatment, so I real appreciate Adrian and A1 for the great service!!

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I contacted A1 to replace an old and defective furnace. While discussing with their HVAC consultant I decided to replace also the noisy air conditioning and to add a humidifier. I opted for high efficiency Daikin and Aprilaire products and I am very satisfied with my decision. I especially enjoy the quietness of the furnace and the features of the ComfortNet thermostat. The installation was scheduled very quickly, the crew came on time and their work was completed professionally. I only have one suggestion for the selling process: the warranty terms and conditions should be fully disclosed upfront. Also, the company should add to their offer outdoor and indoor temperature and humidity sensors in order to be able to provide a complete solution.
