However, Sam Gunarathnam at CAS gave us decisive advice, and calculated a fair price for range and freezer, including extended warranty for the range. Overall another excellent experience. Using my Supercare contract with A1 I called this company as my furnace stopped working at -11 Celsius. Mike came within 3 hours in spite of many other service calls, and repaired my furnace with obvious professionalism, and free of charge. While working on the furnace Mike gave me many useful hints to operate my furnace more efficiently, and helped me to adjust my humidifier. This went far beyond expectance. I haven't met a better technician yet.
