I knew that Alex was the right person to help us with our master ensuite leaky bathtub faucet when I read the reviews, but when he was also very responsive towards my questions and transparent with his pricing. I wasn't in town, so my dad was available to meet with Alex. I felt compelled to write a review since my dad said "he was on time, explained everything in detail, was knowledgable and professional. I was not available to be at the appointment but my dad insisted that I write a review to recommend Mohamad. Out of the 6 companies that I contacted, Ideal Interior was the most reasonably priced. According to my father, Mohamad was very professional throughout the appointment, explained everything to my mom whilst he was working and followed up with my dad after the cleaning. The final job looked great and I was very impressed. Overall, I will be contacting Mohamad again to have my carpets cleaned and highly recommend his services.

We purchased our first home a month ago and our realtor recommended a few home inspectors. After reading some reviews about them, I decided to do my own research. I stumbled upon Clearview Home & Property Inspections and read the great feedback from past clients. I didn't hesitate to contact the number and get more info. Tom answered our call and was very informative about the process. We felt very comfortable speaking to him and I finally asked if he would be available the following week to be our inspector since I had read so many great things about him. We even decided to spend a little more on package C because it being an older home, we wanted to ensure there was no mould. On the day of, Tom explained everything in detail before he started. He answered any questions or concerns we had, documented all the areas he had recommendations for and took photos for the report. All the information he provided us relieved us that there was no leaky roof, unstable foundation or moisture behind the walls. The report came the night of. We now have a full document of what we should get fixed and within what recommended timeline. I would fully recommend Tom's services.
