I knew that Alex was the right person to help us with our master ensuite leaky bathtub faucet when I read the reviews, but when he was also very responsive towards my questions and transparent with his pricing.
I wasn't in town, so my dad was available to meet with Alex. I felt compelled to write a review since my dad said "he was on time, explained everything in detail, was knowledgable and professional. He finished the job efficiently. I will call him if I ever need a plumber."
