We purchased our first home a month ago and our realtor recommended a few home inspectors. After reading some reviews about them, I decided to do my own research. I stumbled upon Clearview Home & Property Inspections and read the great feedback from past clients. I didn't hesitate to contact the number and get more info. Tom answered our call and was very informative about the process. We felt very comfortable speaking to him and I finally asked if he would be available the following week to be our inspector since I had read so many great things about him. We even decided to spend a little more on package C because it being an older home, we wanted to ensure there was no mould.
On the day of, Tom explained everything in detail before he started. He answered any questions or concerns we had, documented all the areas he had recommendations for and took photos for the report. All the information he provided us relieved us that there was no leaky roof, unstable foundation or moisture behind the walls.
The report came the night of. We now have a full document of what we should get fixed and within what recommended timeline. I would fully recommend Tom's services. My parents, realtors and husband were all very impressed with his knowledge, helpfulness, clear communication and ability to put our minds at ease. Thanks Tom!
