Mohamad was a pleasure to deal with. Very polite and professional. Responded promptly to my questions, explained their process and arrived on time to complete the work. Carpets looked great - very happy with the results. He was able to get them looking new again. The cost was a bit higher than some of the other quotes I received, but the service was well worth it. I've used Dirt Dragger's services for several years now across 3 different homes. Mohammed is very professional, thorough and friendly and more than anything - he goes above and beyond. Always goes out of his way to move chairs, tables, etc. to make sure he gets to every corner of the room. Extra touches such as mopping the floors after all the work is done, placing things back in their place are all reasons we use his services. It's the extra care that we takes to do a thorough job that makes the difference to me. The quality of his work is also top notch. Always happy afterwards to see the big difference his cleaning makes.

Mohamad did a fantastic job. He showed up at the scheduled time, vacuumed all the carpets then thoroughly cleaned the 4 rooms, hallway and stairs. The carpets look great and should now last a few more years.

We have been using Dirt DRAGGER for the last 8 years and we have been extremely satisfied with how our carpets look and smell fresh and clean afterwards. We do a yearly steam clean to maintain our carpets. Mohamed has always been the one coming in and taking care of our carpet needs. Hes punctual, professional and clean while he explains in detail what he will be using and what each product is for. Since we have dogs Mohamed will use an enzyme spray to deodorize the carpets as well.
I would highly recommend Mohamed and dirt DRAGGERs to have your carpets looking like new and smelling fresh.
