We used Mr. Roof last year for some work on our roof, and when the time came to deal with moving our downspout from the side of the house to the back of the house, we chose them again. They were very busy, but we managed to wrangle a time for someone to come by. We had them throw in a couple of other items to quote on, but decided not to go with the work due to budget constraints. Just to do our due dilligence, my husband attempted to get a couple other quotes. What a disaster! I think he tried 3 different places and couldn't get someone to come out or they never showed! Definitely made me realise how customer focussed Mr. Roof is! The work was done, but it wasn't what my husband was expecting. A quick note to Mr. Roof and they arranged for the gentleman who did the work to call us (on a Saturday!) and explain. It all made sense and we were happy! Great experience yet again!

We had just moved into a house that was a flip. Our home inspector (and our neighbours!) mentioned that roof didn't look so professionally done. As soon as the weather got good I called Mr. Roof. That very same day they had someone come out and do some basic maintenance. But that was just the start! They noticed a real need to reseal and re-install flashing or else my brand new roof could start to leak in 3-6 months! Again Mr. Roof had someone out there the very next day. Through the whole process I received photos and constant contact with Michael who explained everything to me. And 50% of the cost of the maintenance work went towards the cost of the additional work. I highly recommend Mr. Roof...as well as recommending doing a yearly maintenance check on your roof. It will save you big bucks down the line!

The guys were great! They were so dilligent with their work. I know for sure that they did a great job and didn't leave until they were satisfied. I also really liked dealing with Josie in the office, she talked me through the different options and what was the best fit for me (which ended up being the cheaper of the options). I also had Gary come in and clean the furnace. He also identified a couple of problems that needed immediate attention. Josie called the very next day to set up another appointment. So professional! We just moved into a new house that had been completely renovated and wanted to have the locks changed. The contractors had also done a shoddy job installing the doors and I didn't feel safe. The locksmith arrived exactly on time, explained all the work that needed to be done and completed the job in a highly professional manner! My front door was sticking and I was wondering how to fix it, he told me how I could just fix it myself and save some money! Great service and great price!

I have to say, all our friends laughed at us when they saw the van! In this case you do not get what you pay for...we paid a low price and got amazing service! The guys even arrived early and were easy going when we said we weren't ready yet. A move always takes longer than you expect, and when we were running out of time on the condo elevator they stepped it up and we only slightly ticked off our building security. All in all a great day with great guys!
