We had two new custom doors, glass and installed with new hardware and a security system. George is one of the most honorable tradespersons I've met. Came back to make minor adjustments, never for an additional cost, was professional, efficient and honest. His pricing was comparable with any other quote we had. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

We were referred to George Torres of Eagle Doors and Locksmith Service Inc. by a large Toronto security company. Mr. Torres met with us to demonstrate his Torrsec Door Security System (TDSS) and thoroughly explained the advantages of his door reinforcement system. He also provided an estimate of material and installation costs. We were impressed by how quickly the system was installed and by the aesthetics of the system once it is in place. We would highly recommend the TDSS system and the excellent quality of the installation service provided by Mr. Torres.

Update: we liked the appearance and function of the system and decided to have it installed on our side door as well. We are just as happy with the second installation.

Having thoroughly researched competitive products several years prior, we called George to outfit our old home with 2 Torrsec systems for our primary entrance points. We were very pleased with the quality of work performed and the time George took to explain reasons for reinforcing not only the door but the frame and hinges. We moved to a new home and one of the first things that came to mind was calling Eagle Door to have the same systems installed on 3 entrance points. After a full day's install, we are very pleased again with the work and new strength in our entryways. Highly recommended for professionalism.

A family just up the street from us experienced a break and enter in their home approximately a week or so before the Christmas of 2014. Obviously, my wife and I were very concerned about this.

I talked to a number of people I know in the security and law enforcement industries and they all said in order to prevent a break in we had better reinforce our main level doors. So, I did my research and came across George's company.

My brother in law is an engineer and he was impressed with George's solution to the number one cause of break ins, namely, a kicked in front door. So, we called George and we found both he and his crew were very courteous and knowledgeable.

It took them days to install the reinforcements (torsec system) but this was because the doors in our house weren't hung properly by the home builder (what else is new). Also, I discovered George is a perfectionist and wouldn't leave our home until both he and I were satisfied with the work.

It would be great if all the business people I met had both George's inventive mind and tireless work ethic!

Replaced side door after old one was kicked in. Door installation was satisfactory, but huge draft was coming through the edge of the door. When we asked George to fix it, we were told it would cost us a full day of labour (not included in cost of door installation) to weatherstrip the door. We had to hire our own handyman to install weatherstripping on our new door!

Not acceptable in a country as cold as Canada!

Cannot believe that there are any good reviews for this person. We hired him several years ago when we moved into our home and he changed appointments, didn't have equipment, made things up, and was very unpleasant. Now our lock is broken and I would rather buy a new one through another company than call him back. Trust me, don't call him.

We used George's recommendation for a handle and dead bolt lock and had him install. Within a couple of months the handle broke and he came back repair. At that point i asked if it was a product issue. He assured me it me it was a high quality handle lock and proceeded to install repair again. It is now broken for the third time and is insisting on payment to fix his reocommended that has never worked from initial install. Poor product and even worse customer service.

We recently moved into a new home and wanted to have the locks re-keyed as well as have a lock fixed that was giving us trouble. I called George and he came the very next day for a consultation and to give me options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about costs. We chose to have his Torres system installed as well as have all of our deadbolts replaced and some new ones added based on his suggestions. He came back after the weekend and completed the job for us over two days. One of our locks was very tricky but he was able to source information to have it fixed which was tremendously appreciated. From the time I called to final installation was a matter of days which was excellent service in my eyes. He and his crew were very professional, walking us through everything he was doing and making sure we were happy with the result. I wanted to feel safe and secure in our new home and with George's recommendations, that has been accomplished. I would highly recommend George and his team.

We had an attempted break and entry for our business through our double pane window. I called early on a Saturday morning and they arrived within the a reasonable time frame, they fixed our window at a reasonable price and changed our locks. George was polite and very knowledgeable, he provided us with the information about the quality of locks and deadbolts. That was helpful to make decisions on what works best for our windows and doors. We had our double pane commercial size window replaced and our locks changed and we installed a Torrsec security system (in my opinion the best thing for any business or home) it prevents break ins by crow bar or kick ins. We have even used his services in our home! We installed a Torrsec security system as well as a high security deadbolt, the nice thing about having the system put in was that we called our insurance company and let them know we had this installed and our insurance price was lowered, so it pays for itself.
