We just moved into a new house that had been completely renovated and wanted to have the locks changed. The contractors had also done a shoddy job installing the doors and I didn't feel safe. The locksmith arrived exactly on time, explained all the work that needed to be done and completed the job in a highly professional manner! My front door was sticking and I was wondering how to fix it, he told me how I could just fix it myself and save some money!
