Do to my aging furnace I decided to get quotes from multiple companies. After listening to Bill from Dr. HVAC and the brand of furnace he quoted me on, I was sold. Bill came into my house without the intension of making a pressure sale but came in with intention of educating my wife and myself on what we needed for our home. He took the time to explain what types of furnaces there are and allowed us decide what was best for us. He also told us what we would be getting with the quote, how long the job would take and when it could be done. After he was done with his presentation and made sure we had no other question and understood everything, he packed up his stuff and told us to give him a call if we decide to continue ahead with Dr. HVAC. Absolutely no pressure. He was barely out of the house when my wife and I decided to get our new furnace from Dr. HVAC. After getting the paperwork done a date for the installation was agreed on. Installation was done by Danny and Harry, true professionals. They did a fantastic job, answered all my concerns and when they were done they cleaned the work area completely. Before they left, they walked me through the operation of the furnace the humidifier and thermostat and made sure it all worked properly.

I am looking to replace my 19 year old furnace and got a sales rep from a few different contractors including Peel Heating. Jason shown up on time and before he got into his presentation I asked him questions about himself and the company. Even though he has only been with Peel and in this industry for a short time, he answered all of our questions. Then he began to talk to us about the furnace, how it worked, what its functions are and what a big difference we would notice with a new furnace. He also explained the rebate program that was potentially available to us. He took his time to explain everything to us and made sure we completely understood what he was talking about. He then gave us a quote and left it for us to discuss without pressuring us for the sale. In the end I decided to go with different contractor only because of the brand of furnace I prefered. I would totally refer Jason from Peel heating if you are looking for a Lennox furnace or a/c unit

On Nov. 20, just before going to bed I had noticed that the furnace was not responding to the thermostat. It was turning on and shutting down immediatley, this continued for about an hour and a half when finally I called Direct Energy for assistance at 1A.M. The service I received was excellant. The call representative went through a list of things to try which did not work, then set up an appointment at a time that suited me for a technician to come and look at my furnace. When I explained the problem, he idintified what it was and resolved it right away. Fortunately it was a minor issue and fortunately I have the Home Service Protection Plan so the cost to me was Zero. I would recommend getting this plan especially if you have an older furnace or air conditioner.

Had new windows installed through the house. I like the windows that were delivered. I would recomend getting a quote from Clera as thier price was lower than some other quotes we got.
