This is the second time I've used George and Coverall Roofing. The first time was for a roof repair after a windstorm in the Spring of 2018. George was the only roofer willing to physically come to the house to assess the damage. Everyone else I called used Google Maps to quote if they even bothered to return my call at all. George and his crew arrived when they said they would fixed the roof, matching the shingles perfectly. When another windstorm hit the following week, it lifted shingles in a different section of the roof. George came back to reassess and recommended I replace the whole roof rather than keep patching spots. This time, George's crew came early in the morning and worked late into the evening - finishing the roof in one day. They were efficient and tidy. Always being mindful to keep the property clean. Knowing George and the quality of his work, I called him again to replace the eaves/soffit/fascia/downspouts. Again, George and his crew did not disappoint. Good, clean and quality workmanship. George is honest and easy to communicate with. He gives detailed quotes and delivers with quality products and service. I would definitely recommend and use Coverall Roofing again, but George did such a good job I won't need his services again for a very long time!

The porch was a disaster and needed to be either repaired or rebuilt. After speaking with Carl and having him explain the pros and cons of my two choices, I decided to go with the rebuild. The rebuild took some time to complete, but each stage was explained in detail. Living with the construction mess outside the front door wasn't always pleasant, but every day the area was swept clean with tools, etc. put away. Even in the heatwave and baking sun, Carl and his crew sweated it out and put in a solid day of work. Carl is honest, hardworking and dedicated. He's a skilled mason and it shows in the quality of his work. Thank you Carl for my beautiful new porch! And a special shoutout to Larry, Ben and David for their hard work as well and for not passing out in the extreme heat!

Had my windows installed in July 2018, but wanted to see how the windows performed in the extreme summer heat and freezing cold winter. I can say without a doubt that these windows are incredible! The house was cooler in summer. The slightly (green) tinted glass kept out the sun's uv rays and also made it a little more difficult for people from seeing directly into the house. Triple panes cut out almost all of the outside noise and there's a lot as we live behind a small park. The house is warmer in winter and even with the extreme cold we've had, not a single drop of condensation has appeared on the windows or sills. That in itself, at least to me, is amazing. With our old windows, a thick layer of ice would have formed where the glass meets the frame. The window cutout for the patio door looks amazing. The mason did an incredible job of replacing missing bricks and putting in a stone threshold. Overall, Kyle the sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. He answered questions whether by phone or text promptly. The installers, led by Artur, were skilled, methodical and fast. They kept the house clean with drop clothes and constant sweeping. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful as they filled out the paperwork for the GreenOn Rebate. All I had to do was send them before photos of the windows. When it comes time to replace my basement windows, I'll be contacting Optima Home Improvements.

Started hearing all sorts of scratching, banging and running around in the attic. It was loud. The dogs were not happy. But most importantly, the animal sounded really big! Called an animal control company to come and investigate and the soonest they could send someone was on the following Monday - I would need to wait 4 days for someone to come. 4 days of listening to some creature demolish my attic. So, I called 247 Pest Control. Spoke to a man (sorry, I didn't get his name) who told me a technician would call me in approximately 15 minutes. I received the call within that time frame and spoke with Tony. A couple of hours later, Tony showed up at my door. He quickly found the entry point to the attic and confirmed it was squirrels. A one way door was installed and now I wait to make sure the unwanted tenant(s) is gone. In a few weeks, Tony will remove the one way door and properly close that opening. I'm really glad and relieved I found 247 Pest Control. Thanks, Tony!

After receiving several quotes from HVAC companies, I found Fred to be the most honest of the bunch (he doesn't have that smarmy salesman vibe). When he came to quote on the job, he not only inspected everything that needed to be replaced, but he began to give me options on where to run the gas lines, told me the gauge of pipe he would be using and how he could move the hot water tank to give me more space in my laundry/furnace room. I inquired about going Tankless for the water heater and he told me not to waste my money. In fact, if I purchased my hot water heater from Home Depot I'd save money, be a lot happier and have a better warranty than what he could provide. Fred even called the company that had to remove my old oil tank to explain there was a bit of extra work involved in getting the tank out. Not once did Fred try to up-sell any of his products and assured me that what he would install would last for many years. On the day of installation, Fred and his helper arrived on time and started by putting tarps down throughout the house. He was very mindful not to make a huge mess in spite of the fact that his work space was limited in spots. Fred worked well into the evening to ensure we had heat that night. The next morning, he arrived early, as he said he would, and finished work on installing the AC. My driveway and backyard looked as though the old furnace and AC had thrown up all over it, but when Fred was done, everything was removed and swept up. I have nothing but positive things to say about Fred. He is honest, reliable, hardworking and his workmanship is neat and tidy. The Enbridge inspector even commented on Fred's handiwork. I was so pleased with his work that I asked Fred about putting in a gas fireplace in my basement. He asked me why I wanted one and I told him because it's darn right cold in the basement! He looked around and said he could put two more registers in (there was only one to begin with) and a cold air return. Fred saved me thousands of dollars by doing so and my basement is much warmer for it! My new furnace runs efficiently and my house is warm. I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can try out the AC. Thanks Fred!
