I had a double front door and a side door replaced with Optima. Michael was a very attentive sale person, not pushy, provided useful information, was very good in answering detailed questions and was very attentive to details about the installation. I liked the fact he know who would lead the installation, and could be confident on the quality of the installation job. As promised, the doors were beautiful and the installers did a great job and took the time to explain the new three point lock system, which can and did take a few months before it all three points would lock smoothly, but now all three points locks like a charm and securely. Thank you for the professional door replacement!

We had a wonderful experience with Optima windows. Chris gave helpful advice when providing his quote and did not try to upsell us on things we didnt need (many window reps indicated that we should change windows from wall to wall but Chris recommended a different way that allowed us to save cost and the end result is beautiful). Chris also had excellent recommendations for design ideas of how to configure the windows themselves . The workers worked from morning until evening and completed a huge job in one day. Our project even involved windows two stories high and the team was outstanding in completing these. The windows look incredible and we are so happy with the end result. We feel we could trust this company and are very glad we went with Optima windows. Would very highly recommend.
