I was not sure who I should hire, and one of my friends suggested Optima, as they worked at his home. As he said they are a pro team with proper work. I am happy with their service!

Pretty affordable window replacement by Optima crew last Saturday at our Toronto home. It's good that they can schedule installation time at our preferred time. The crew spent extra time with us to clear the little mess. I appreciate that!

Very happy with new bay window and basement window. Alina provided the quote and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Vlad and Alex did the installation. They arrived on time, installed the new windows which look perfect both inside and from outside, and my house is much less drafty than it was before. They also addressed my concerns about insulation and explained the steps taken to insulate around the windows. They all provided excellent service and I will definitely use Optima again in the future.

Their services are top notch and the pricing is fair and transparent. A special shootout to Installer Ben and his team for their exceptional professionalism. They completed the Installation efficiently and left my home looking fantastic.

I was happy and 100% Satisfied with their doors replacement. As I know well about these stuffs I can say they used good quality and sturdy material. Definitely it will long last for sure!

I had a double front door and a side door replaced with Optima. Michael was a very attentive sale person, not pushy, provided useful information, was very good in answering detailed questions and was very attentive to details about the installation. I liked the fact he know who would lead the installation, and could be confident on the quality of the installation job. As promised, the doors were beautiful and the installers did a great job and took the time to explain the new three point lock system, which can and did take a few months before it all three points would lock smoothly, but now all three points locks like a charm and securely. Thank you for the professional door replacement!
