I had a water heater rental agreement with Reliance. After five years I decided to cancel it and install my own water heater. Three months and four 30-minute phone calls later, I am still getting billed.
They lost the paperwork. Then they lost my email with the copy of the paperwork. Then they acknowledged the cancellation, but continued billing me (through my Enbridge account). Finally most recently they sent me the bill with no reimbursement and another rental charge. In the latest conversation they acknowledged they owe me $100+ and promised a credit on my next bill, but I am not holding my breath.
