this project was main floor kitchen/bathroom, atrium/frenchdoor,
cedar deck, rear addition, windows, drywall, floors,tile plumbing,
insulation,electrical, painting ,multilevel renovation that was a
co-operative idea and work build for both of us ending in my
complete satisfaction.PS my job is aircraft structural inspection.

Paul Pharon readily accepts our entreaties for assistance; is diligent going above and beyond on our behalf and does absolutely first-rate work. I only wish my mother were local and he could help her with her projects!

Exterior water leak had destroyed part of Church Hall kitchen ceiling. work involved isolating where water was coming in, having an efficient roofing company carry out a difficult repair, water testing that area to prove leak stopped, and then carrying out a ceiling repair including new paint.

We choose Mainland Ventures after reviewing and interviewing some other contractors. We felt most comfortable with Paul and his outline of the work process. To make the situation more difficult we stayed in the house during the whole time of the renovation. This was a major concern for us.
