Raf and his team were efficient and skilled in completing our project on time and on budget. His team protected the rest our place from dust and damage and cleaned up throughout the job.

Saw their sign in the neighbourhood and called them for a small job. We had to install a railing that was safe and decorative going into our basement. Colton responded quickly and seemed excited about the project. Communication was great throughout and the project was delivered on time and on budget. Marcelo came on the days promised and finish the actual work in one day. Couldnt be happier!

From the design to execution, I LOVE my new kitchen. Coltons ideas, Katelyns design assistance and Courtneys organization all led to a gorgeous bright , beautiful and functional kitchen.

Once we were ready to get started on our bathroom reno we reached out to several contractors in Toronto and were immediately impressed with Colton's passion and knowledge.

Colton and his team are incredibly kind, responsive and knowledgeable. They are the experts and ensured we could fully trust them throughout the entire process.

Katelyn was our designer and quickly understood our vision. She had lots of recommendations that I'd never have considered that made the final product 10xs better than my initial vision. When we were selecting materials she would show us a few different options to compare & contrast. From the shower head, tiles, all the way down to the grout colour.

Courtney was our PM and she kept us up to date on the comings and goings of everyone and exactly what they were up to that week. With a lot of different people coming in and out it was great to know what, and who, to expect.

When it came to the demolition, electrician, HVAC, plumbing and others, everyone was very professional and courteous. They continuously cleaned up to ensure minimal dust and debris allowing us to enjoy our home while the construction was in progress.

If you have an upcoming reno I would strongly recommend CMY and will absolutely engage them for our next project!

We were on tight deadlines and things lined up for CMY to complete a full bathroom renovation for us. They delivered on time and quality. Everything from, design, construction and cleanup was super professional, with great communication along the way.

A flood in our condo damaged our wood floors, a couple of cabinets in our kitchen peninsula and some of the walls. CMY, as full-service renovation company, undertook all the repairs and did a great job. I appreciated dealing with only one company. What particularly impressed me was the time Colton took to help choose new flooring and how Courtney, the project manager, regularly kept me informed of the project's progress. Both Colton and Courtney were always very prompt in responding to any questions I had. I really appreciated having the work completed when they said it would be. I would not hesitate to use CMY again.

Colton and his crew were great. They came quickly (insurance coverage after break and enter) and the job was done fast and with no disruption to our home.

Working with Colton and his crew was an amazing experience. We hired CMY Renovations to renovate our kitchen and main floor.
