We hired Marcos this month to renovate our unfinished basement bathroom + basement office, build an enclosure for our exposed basement electrical panel, and install a replacement laundry sink.

His quote was very competitive and despite several surprises revealed from the previous homeowners work (shoddy workmanship), Marcos completed the job on time and on budget. One week later we finally had the basement office and bathroom we wanted! We adore the new bathroom.

Originally hired to replace 3 bathroom taps plus put in a new drain for a recently installed vanity. Also needed a small drywall patch. Marcos was very professional and quoted the job fairly and scheduled us in for the work quickly. He dealt with any issues that came up in the removal of the old taps and the installing of the new ones. He also completed the small drywall job as quoted. When it became evident that there was more water damage to the repaired wall than originally thought Marcos came up with a solution to waterproof and fix the wall. His quote was fair and he completed the work quickly. It now looks great! Will not hesitate to use Marcos again.
