They hired a guy named Moe that could not do the job . Charged my visa in full before the job was done . Moe was not able to put the vanity in , do plumbing or the electrical. He knocked out the Hydro to the bathroom and a bedrooms and hallway . When Moe put the vanity in ( the vanity was not leveled and we were not able to open the bottom draw) . Moe also put the old toilet in our brand new shower that we have never used. .He attempted to install the toilet This was not done professional . And the picture of a guy fixing the drywall and the electric is not Moe. . We hired One Stop Bath to have our renovation done professionally , but they were not able to provide service that was promised . I would like my money back in full as nothing was done to code. One Stop Bath charged me $3955.00 for this nightmare. I am still waiting for a refund . My husband and brother in law did the electrical and drywall and installed the fan ( we did the work on this ) . Who installed the vanity was not your company ( we paid ) and for the plumbing not your company ( we paid ) . NOT one stop bath . There is more to this nightmare that was not done . June 21 2024 We where never asked to see if someone else can come over to fix the nightmare . What we agreed on is in the picture I provided . So I took the money what he was willing to give me After many arguments , ( I have text to prove this ) But that is not what was agreed on March 21 2024. The total bills that we paid was $1840.48 and for the work we did . We paid for the drywall , electrical (wires) and buy screws that Moe lost for the bathroom door . On March 21 2024at 5:17 PM we were told they credit us for the extra hours we worked and other parties . SO where is that . Please see the copy of the text from Erps promising me that . We would have not said NO for someone else to come fix the problems that was cause by Moe (YOUR COMPANY ) . My husband was sick at that time and just had surgery . This mess made the situation worse on us. Can you please explain why we paid $3955. -$ 1500=$2455.00 for. What we agreed in the signed contract was not done at all by your company at all . And another text att they never paid for lodging fees . Moe was supposed to be at my house on Thursday at 8 AM no show , Friday at 8 AM no show and Sunday at 8 AM showed up at 11:45 AM ( but Moe called me stating you do know you live far from me ) . And was told that the final payment would be taking off my credit card when the job was done by your company ? Please explained why did your company take the last payment out when the nightmare was happening and you know about it . Please explain so every one can see . We paid for the nightmare. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DONT WALK .

I hired One Stop Bath to upgrade my on suite shower. They took a little longer. Because they had to do extra unexpected work. The installer took his time to make sure the work is done right. Good job guys !! I love my new shower <3

I grandma had trouble entering her bathub. I called One Stop Bath to complete the job. They did everything in 3 days. The work look really nice ans price is Ok compare to the industry. I do recommend them

UPDATE: the company contacted me after I posted this review to see what they could do to make the situation better. I suggested they could come and redo the mistakes. They informed that wouldn't be possible because its been more than 6 months since the job was done (it was completed in June of 2023). They offered to install a new fan and provide a $350 rebate. I accepted the offer and they immediately asked me to remove this review. I refused, as that is the exact opposite of the purpose of HomeStars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: A truly awful experience. I had high hopes as the promises made during the sales pitch seemed so great. I was promised 100% complete satisfaction and a lifetime guarantee. The job was to replace the bathtub, flooring, install an exhaust fan, vanity and pot lights, and paint. The job was to take 6 - 8 days to complete. In the end, it took a month and the whole process was frustrating.
The team that came in clearly had no certifications or professional experience. Caulking looked like it was done by a child, cracked paneling was tile installed in the tub surround, there was no proper waterproofing installed (including a wood quarter round at the base of the tub), paint was applied so thick it had drips and roller marks, patching and sanding of walls was terrible, electrical work was questionable to say the least (an "extra" wire seemed to have appeared and they couldn't figure out what it did), and the fan was damaged during installation.
My complaints about the workmanship were met with "we will fix it", only to have the same crew come in and redo the same mistakes. They denied damaging the fan and said it was the normal sound of the fan (which was brand new out of the box, 2 soanes, and when turned on rattled like it was 30 years old). When asked about certifications with respect to electrical etc., I received no response.
I was automatically charged the full amount of the completed job before the it was done. They sent a "fixer" after about a week of no response to my question of when the bathroom would finally be completed. The fixer did the best he could but the end result was still terrible but at that point I felt defeated and did not want these people in my home anymore and did not want to have to deal with anyone at One Stop Bath.
I would caution anyone considering using them on a project.

Fix required to bath tub caulking. Came today and did an amazing job!!
Ver pleased with the results.
