I have been an insight customer for 2.5 years and subscribed to their prevention plan with quarterly visits and spraying. When I inquired a few months back about decreasing the frequency, they convinced me to keep up the quarterly visits (>$200 per visit). It seemed to be working well, so I continued.
More recently, we have developed pest issues only a few weeks after their last visit, including mice droppings and more indoor critters.
Part of their business model is to guarantee their work in a timely fashion.
When I reached out for a non-prevention/urgent visit given our critter issue, I was told they were fully booked for two weeks and would be unable to visit our house until then. This isnt really an acceptable business model and with all of the subscription/prevention fees, I expected much better service. It seems like more like a scheme to get revenue annually and then not service their guarantees in a reasonable manner. I would avoid business with this company.
