Joined this service because we liked the idea of having yearly support for pests. First got them in the summer -July - biggest issue we have is wasps around the patio and what we wanted targeted - they assured us their treatments would take care of this. First service guy who came out was horrendous. Took almost no time to walk around, didn't give any explanations or tell us anything. Called back Insight and they advised to wait 2 weeks to see if the treatments worked - of course they didn't and had more wasps at this point. Second agent who came out was lovely and did a better job and only reason for even getting 1 star. Unfortunately, the service still didn't work - he had to come back again and have yet another treatment and it still didn't work- total waste of our time. It took a long time for them to reschedule, and at this point we were at the end of the summer. Tried to get through multiple times to cancel the services, and then abruptly got a cancellation fee (without discussion or written confirmation) AND an agent showed up at the house to do the next "fall" treatment. We turned him away. When I FINALLY got a call back and connected - tried to take them up on their "money back guarantee" which they boldy state as a plus to the service if it doesn't work, I was told that I could only ask for it if I tried more treatments in the "next quarter" and they still didn't work. So now, I paid >200 for 3 treatments and all the hassle that comes with that and they didn't even work and out an additional >200 dollar cancellation fee. Beware - They come off very nicely at first, but they are just trying to gouge you.
