When the sales person came to the door, I made it explicitly clear that I only need services for ants that come late spring the end of the summer. I was told to buy a package they would accommodate this seasonal need. I took his word for it - silly me.
Fast forward to October, they try and schedule, I let them know I do not need a visit, there are no ants as discussed with sales guy and to come back in spring.
They refuse this request, customer service person ignores this and they show up.
Now it's November, they want to come again, I call and tell a different person I DO NOT NEED pest services in fall and winter and I've made this clear to 3 people now.
They refuse to reschedule appointments and instead of honouring the conversation I had with the sale person, they refer to contract and termination. I agree to pay for termination and hopefully never have to deal with this company again. Infuriating.
Instead of accommodating and retaining a customer for years to come, they insist on coming to service nothing, and threaten charges if they don't.
