As a result of a clog, suction on one of the outlets was dismal. It lasted 18 years and it was time for a new unit. Julian informed me that my vacuum unit was on its last legs and that he had a high performance unit ready to install. He responded to my inquiry immediately and was on time for the appointment. He was very accommodating, a wealth of knowledge and provided all the options. Installation was quick, clean and efficient. Highly recommend Julian! Well done.
