DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS COMPANY SAYS!!! They tell everyone that they are going to get thousands of dollars in rebates from the government but you NEVER RECEIVE THEM They will put a lien on your house without you knowing. Their technicians have no idea what theyre doing. STAY AWAY!!!!

Poor client care. Unable to call or get a response relating to my ac, HVAC water pump system.
Service etiquette is the worse,!

They tell you they are applying for a government grant, then they apply to a lending agency for private loan with rates to 24% interest.
No support for the equipment they sell, they imply a 10 year parts and labor warranty and invoice you for this , when you call for service no one answer the phone, they will answer for a new customer in 1 ring.

It's been frustrating 7 months with the Provincial Smart home..
They haven't processed my promised buyout and rebates that was promised..

They took our $20, 000 dollars with lots of unfilled promises. Their technicians are rude and costumer service team do not return calls. The promised a rebate on devices which has been "in the works" for two years now but no payment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They should not be on homestars as they just don't care about their customers. If you don't believe have a look at their Facebook reviews. I tried to call them about my service and they are not answering. My next step is to report them formally for review by the ministry.

Terrible support service calling over a month and cant get a technician, frustrating experience horrible

My AC thermostat is off because of that my AC isn't working since this morning, I called at customer service and the lady told me she will tell my issue to the service department and they will call you. It's almost 10 pm. I am calling them and after 15 minutes of wait they hang up my phone. Just want to say that their customer service is not good at all.

We paid $5,000 for a service that included installing a wireless doorbell, which was valued at only $150. The doorbell hasnt worked since day one, but we initially let it slide. However, the AC is a different story. In this hot and humid weather, especially with a sick child and a senior at home, it's unbearable to be without a functioning cooling system. We have been calling your company almost daily for the past 10 days, desperately seeking assistance. Despite being promised that someone would come to check the AC, no one has shown up. Our home is now so damp that everything feels wet, and mold seems to be starting to grow. Please, we need urgent help.

Not helping us at all not answering calls and have very unprofessional way of dealing with customers.
I have contacted them regarding the pending payout bill since we signed up for their services in 2022 March. They are not paying the buyout amount to the previous provider as per the initial agreement and also not answering any of our calls. At first they said we will take care of everything but after transferring service from another provider to provincial we have faced a lot of issues and now its the time where my husbands credit score has been affected due to their ignorance about the buyout payment. Its been 2years and still we are receiving invoices from previous service provider for the pending amount. Since we switched our services to provincial smart home we have never stayed stress free. I am very disappointed. Moreover their customer service team doesnt reply and they dont receive the call. Our previous service provider has sent this bill to third party for collection and it affected my husbands credit score.

Ive bern calling to get the doorbell fixed, we paid 5000 for a wireless doorbell that costs 150.00. The foor bell as not been working since December 2023, but we didn't not contact the company until May 4, 2024 when I realized that this doorbell needed to be charged. One customer service rep even suggested that the doorbell is not cover because it was free which is not true. I have the original invoice which indicates a 55000.00. I hope my doorbell will be fixed.
