Provincial Smart Home Services

This company lured me with low payments and utility savings, but now they're hitting me with an outrageous interest rate increase. How can a company justify an interest rate jump from 2.99% to 11.95% after promising affordable payments and savings? Is this even legit? Did anyone able to sue them?

We are waiting for our rebate which was promised when the salesman set us up in November 2023. Their phone number does not seem to be working and no one calls back when we left a message some time ago or even to our emails We have been audited and every things seems to be working but no rebate yet. Very disappointed

Website gone, app doesn't work, no one answers phone calls! How do we get out of this?

My service done in 2022 with provincial smart home and till now I did not received my rebate for 1000 $ as per them cause of delay by province also they told me am getting in OCT. 2024 which is no problem. Guess what their PHONE # not working and my rebate GONE forever.
I need to sue them and I am going to report regarding them.
Please do not go for any service with them DUCT, Attic Insulation and Tank less water Heater

HAVE NOT PROVIDED AUDIT AND WE SIGNED UP ALMOST A YEAR AGO.
THEY DID NOT PAY COST TO CANCEL OTHER PROVIDER DISPITE BEING TOLD THEY WOULD ABSORB 100%.

Heat pump does not work. Called several times , no answers. Still waiting for my rebate. Not very prof.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. I am still waiting to get a response regarding service call/ rebate/customer service/no app to download.

Im currently suing this company. Came in March. Promised rebates and to buy out my old utility products. Nothing has been done. Its now Oct. the company is not even answering phones and their app doesnt work. Never had this corrupt service before. Do NOT use them.

I am so very, very disappointed in this company. I had no idea. I would be struggling this hard just to get things taken care of. As in the other reviews, I have made numerous phone calls since December 2023, have had so much trouble trying to get through to them. They do not answer their calls. They do not return their calls. Theres only a small window in the daytime that their telephone actually will accept your input for being an existing customer. They give you more excuses than you can possibly drum up, And dont follow up with their word. Ive even had trouble getting a service man out to fix things. My recommendation is to stay as far away from Provincial Home services as possible. Still waiting for my refunds for double payments, and its nine months later, had my bank account overdrawn twice, $13,000. waiting for them to pay out my existing contract which they were to do, and they took my air conditioner, which was supposed to be returned to Enercare according to my contract, and now they tell me that they just, scrapped it. I will be following up, because I want compensation for that however, I dont see that happening anytime soon. Maybe a lawyer will fix that.

I purchased a heat pump system and I cannot get service on it. They dont answer phone calls or emails services included with the purchase price but if you cant get in touch with them then its impossible. I cant get my AC to work And Im sure itll be the same for the heat since its the same unit
