Beware! Do not use this company, especially if you're a senior!!
This company had people come in to start work within 24 hours, not giving you a chance even to research what they're going to do or to give you a change your mind. You sign a paper, which is not the sales bill, and bang you now owe them 33,500.00. Never even received a break down of individual products or pricing. I thought nothing could be possibly legal, without my signature on a itemized list and price. I was waiting for the real bill to sign.
And.., this is just the beginning.

The company makes false promises & the service is very bad
I would not suggest anyone to take this service.

Very bad experience. I can right down the experience , I can right down 100 pages. Simple is that this people doing fishing business, Once you agree the service, you are done.

NO SERVICE,NO ANSWER CALL,NO REPLY,NO FIX ISSUE,YES CHARGE MONTHLY FEE. CALLING TO FIX A/C FAN DURING SUMMER TIME,BOOKED MANY OF APPT ON APP AND NO ONE SHOWS UP. ON AUG, THEY TELLING ME TO WAIT A PART THAT THEY NEEDED FOR FIX A/C FAN, AUTUMN IS HERE NOW, NO ONE FIX A/C FAN AND I CALLED ALL DAY, NO BODY ANSWER.

We initially left a negative review for Provincial Smart Home Services due to numerous serious issues, including the incorrect installation of a hot water system, a malfunctioning furnace, and a heat pump that barely worked. These issues left my fathers home without reliable heat and hot water, even during dangerously cold weather when temperatures dropped below -20°C. With my 11-month-old twins often at his home, the lack of concern for our family's health and safety was alarming.

After posting our first review, the company quickly responded and promised to resolve the issues. Believing they were sincere, we removed our review. Unfortunately, this was a mistake.

Since then, things have only gone downhill. My father was charged $700 for an assessment, with the assurance that the cost would be reimbursed by the government once the results were provided. Despite his repeated calls and efforts to follow up, the company has failed to provide the necessary documentation for the reimbursement. To make matters worse, when he tried to book another service call, they directed him to a web address that didnt even exist.

We are beyond frustrated with the continuous runaround, broken promises, and the overall nightmare that dealing with this company has become. The lack of concern for our familys well-being, especially in such severe weather, is unacceptable.

We deeply regret ever removing our original review and feel it is our duty to warn others. If you are considering doing business with Provincial Smart Home Services, think twice. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential risk to your familys safety.

This company has shown a consistent pattern of being unreliable, unresponsive, and unconcerned with the well-being of their customers. We are done dealing with them and strongly advise others to avoid making the same mistake.

Since we had all these systems installed havent heard from them. When tried call or use there app website (The preferred way so they say) its fails. Never answer a phone call and seconds after you do its states they are so busy even if you call first thing in the morning throughout the day says the same thing. They never return a phone or an email doesnt matter what mode you try there is no answer. Know I had to get the BBB involved. We had a small tube come off from our Reverse osmosis system and created a flood in our basement and need them to come and deal with it and nothing. Even made an appointment on thier website and No Show No Call. Not surprised. Had to get a plumber out and look at it and said it was installed incorrectly. Not sure what to do. Very frustrated and disappointed customer

None of the promises honored. No response . Sent atleast 15 emails with no response. Tried to call many times with no luck. Got services at 2 houses and no rebate received even after lapse of one year

My project is very big they gave me for low interest for first year and after that they are charging me almost 6times and the guy who came to my home he told me its fixed interest rate and service you can not even imagine very very hard you cant even guess when we call to customer service its going to voice mail 0030 its directly going there I dont what is that they are like completely to take money only not give the service I dont no why they will do like this

I called for service for my water heater back in May 2024 they charged me $153 before they sent out a tech. Tech said nothing was wrong. I've been calling every few days. I get the run around saying that a manager will call me back, I leave messages no response. I've started sending e-mails again no response it is now 3 months. I also need to get my cameras fixed with no response.

I feel like a fool they promised so much stuff and now I'm out so much money and the service is horrible. They were so quick to show up at my house when I so stupidly signed the contract.

Nothing they said is true. They charge you for everything. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
