I would not use them! My freezer required a part that was on backorder, I waited 6 weeks before I followed up with them as to when this would be fixed. With still no arrive date I cancelled my order. When doing that i was told they can only refund me $75 as they have to pay a restocking fee for a part that hasn't even shipped out yet??? Made no sense to me! the accounting ladies were easy to deal with however The teach that came to my house explained I'd have to pay for the service call if I canceled, not an extra $45 for god know what!

I noticed our fridge was warm on Monday night. I booked an appointment the following day. Eli, the service technician was fantastic! He was prompt and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I will definitely contact this company for any future appliance repairs. Very impressed with the service from this company.

My dishwasher was leaking underneath. I called and made an appointment. Was treated very well both on the phone as well as when the technician called to confirm timing. We discussed the issue and he knew where it was coming from. Fortunately it was just some loose parts that he was able to tighten and fix immediately. The leak stopped and I was given some awesome info and taking care of my appliance and what to do if it happens again. I was very pleased with his service and will most definitely recommend again. My dryer was not heating. We replaced all the components we could think of. Finally we called for service and diagnosis, Eli was very polite and professional. He inspected the unit, and somehow got it to work. He was very thorough, and our dryer is finally heating.

My refrigerator started to lose its cold temperature over a 2 month period. It was subtle, but at one point I knew something was not right. I called GNA Appliances, in the morning, and they had a technician (Roy) at my house by noon. Roy was able to diagnose the issue immediately. The issue was a system gas leak. Roy told me that a certified gas technician would have to come in to find the leak, patch it, and refill it with gas. He told me that that the cost would most likely be that of a new refrigerator. My wife and I are currently looking at new units. Roy was kind and professional. He also took the time to suggest certain brands to go with and which to avoid. Overall, I'm happy with the service and advice I received.
