My fridge and freezer side by side quit working. I called first thing in the morning, he showed up around 1pm had me up and running with a new compressor 15 mins later. $416 repair, Rather than $1800 for a new side by side.
Technician was super nice, professional and stayed within our covid protocol.

Technician Eli was very friendly and polite. He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently and promptly, with respect to the covid-19 safety guidelines. Would highly recommend this company!

The ice maker in our refrigerator was not working and our dishwasher was making unknown noises. We called GNA appliances and promptly secured an appointment. We had the pleasure to having Eli attend the service call. He was prompt, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable, a true pleasure to deal with. We now have ice and the dishwasher is silent again! He was able to give me clear, unbiased advice in regards to my options for repair vs replacement and even offered to do research on my behalf. My dishwasher wasn't getting power and after troubleshooting a few possibilities, I called the GNA for some help. I got someone in the very next day. Eli was punctual and courteous. He thoroughly checked the current running through the machine and it turns out my motherboard will need replacing. Eli even gave me some pointers about some dos and don'ts with my fridge.

Had a service technician visit to help with two issues experienced on a GE dishwasher. Service technician was able to come a day earlier than scheduled, was was very polite, practiced COVID-19 precautions and was able to diagnose the issues within an hour. Made honest recommendations that the parts and labour would be nearly equal to the price of a new dishwasher. Offered advice on make and model replacements to look at. Highly recommend GNA appliances and Eli, who was the technician who helped us out.
