Vitaly did a great job. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He was also able to assess the current condition of the dryer and tell us what to do watch out for to prevent any further repairs.

I have Bosh silent dishwasher that wasn’t silent any longer.
Eli came over, very courteous and pulite.
It took him not too long to figure the problem.
Unfortunately was the motor in a two year dishwasher.
He suggested not to proceed replacing the motor and to continue to use the dishwasher with the grinding noise as the performance and the safety would not be compromised (only an annoying noise, not worth over half the cost of the replacement with a new dishwasher). Very honest!

We called GNA appliances to come fix our fridge as the handle was broken… they charged us a $75 service fee to come to the house and confirm what they were already told over the phone. Then they ignored our calls and strung us along for over 2 months telling us they are waiting on a part, with no real intention of fixing our fridge. We finally called another company and it was fixed in an hour. Awful company and even worse service
