We called GNA appliances to come fix our fridge as the handle was broken… they charged us a $75 service fee to come to the house and confirm what they were already told over the phone. Then they ignored our calls and strung us along for over 2 months telling us they are waiting on a part, with no real intention of fixing our fridge. We finally called another company and it was fixed in an hour. Awful company and even worse service

We're very sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. We always come to diagnose the problem even if mentioned over the phone since we had a lot of misdiagnosis by customer as well as wrong model/part number provided.
We're glad to hear that another company had the needed part in stock for you, but not having the part in stock it's out of our control and we mentioned that to you since the first visit, and also told you that if you wish to cancel you'll be refunded.
We tried a couple of times to resolve it for your convenience (including a full refund of the service call you've paid) but you didn't want to give us the chance.
We try to provide the best service we can even trough the pandemic and the shortage of stock at the suppliers, and we're sure that we deserve more than this poor rated review considering the effort, honesty and oppositions we provided you.Best regards,
