I would not use them! My freezer required a part that was on backorder, I waited 6 weeks before I followed up with them as to when this would be fixed. With still no arrive date I cancelled my order. When doing that i was told they can only refund me $75 as they have to pay a restocking fee for a part that hasn't even shipped out yet??? Made no sense to me! the accounting ladies were easy to deal with however The teach that came to my house explained I'd have to pay for the service call if I canceled, not an extra $45 for god know what!
