Gilberto and team did a fantastic job with the installation of the new eavesthrough from our upper balcony in our townhouse. They were responsive, punctual, polished, and we are extremely happy with the end result. We'll definitely consider them for any future waterproofing projects.

This request was responded to quickly and completed the job with the utmost care. They removed an old satellite dish (which was an eyesore) and fastened the eavestrough securely (something that was not done previously by the professional roofers that installed it only a few years ago). I would not hesitate to call them again and was pleased to learn that they offer other restoration services throughout the year.

I had to get all bricks on my chimney replaced as they were popping out and in bad shape due to water damage. Got quotes from a few companies and decided to hire Superbia Waterproofing as it had good reviews and I found Gilberto friendly, honest, and knowledgeable in the first visit when he came to inspect the work. He was responsive to questions, and discussed options in detail. On the scheduled job day, Gil arrived with his team of 3 other skilled men. The whole team was enthusiastic and carried out the job professionally. They created a nice straight new brick wall and it looked great. Gil was understanding of the issues and paid attention to detail. They did a thorough cleaning of our and neighbour’s property. In the end, was very satisfied with the job done by Superbia.. Would recommend them and use them again for other future projects.

The workers did a fabulous job on my porch and balcony. It was old and torn up, needed a new coating. Very satisfied with this service. Also was done in a timely manner.

Met Gilberto and his colleague via a Facebook post on local group. From day one, Gilberto and his colleague were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely good with communicating. They came to take measurements for the columns the next day and provided us with advice on other items that needed doing as well, which we already had on our minds. We had a conversation in the evening to go over the contract and items. We ended up having the two columns replaced, the porch sealed with epoxy, the concrete stairs fixed, the railings sanded and repainted, the doorway painted with a new front lock, the gutters fixed with additional brackets and angled properly.
The whole process was very easy and we would definitely use their services again. They are very helpful and patient - the only agenda they have is making the customer happy. We had a mishap with the paint color that we had chosen for the door and columns - we realized that the new paint didn't match our garage after they had painted with the color we had chosen. They were more than happy to repaint for us with the correct color, that we got the very next day. If you are looking for reliable, good contractors, look no further. This company comes highly recommended. We are so happy with the way our entrance came out!

After entertaining several quotes, we hired Gilberto and his crew to waterproof our basement – with NO REGRETS. From the onset, he was extremely professional and trustworthy. He did a thorough assessment of the water infiltration and all the areas that needed to be repaired and made sound recommendations. He communicated the detail of the challenges and jobs with me throughout the project to make sure nothing is overlooked.

He didn't rush any part of the work. Finished waterproofing 2 side of the
house first, backfilled then moved to other two side.

He properly sealed the joint between the foundation wall and footing to make sure no water leaking in.

He applied yellowjacket sheet to all the joints and damaged areas as well as the joint between foundation wall and footing.

I also had two tree in the front side of the house what was valuable to me. The way he dug the trench he could save these two trees. Thanks to him and his team.

Most important of all, his attitude was very professional and kept two-way communication channel open to make sure the job is done with owner's satisfactory.
