I am extremely happy with the level of work and care they put into this project and finished to my satisfactory.
He communicated the detail of the challenges and jobs with me throughout the project to make sure nothing is overlooked.
He didn't rush any part of the work. Finished waterproofing 2 side of the
house first, backfilled then moved to other two side.
He properly sealed the joint between the foundation wall and footing to make sure no water leaking in.
He applied yellowjacket sheet to all the joints and damaged areas as well as the joint between foundation wall and footing.
I also had two tree in the front side of the house what was valuable to me. The way he dug the trench he could save these two trees. Thanks to him and his team.
Most important of all, his attitude was very professional and kept two-way communication channel open to make sure the job is done with owner's satisfactory.
And reasonable and competitive price!!
